Michael Orseck, M.D., will present on the latest techniques in breast reconstruction surgery for breast cancer patients and survivors at 6 p.m. on Oct. 26 in Gibbs Cancer Center Auditorium.
Breast reconstruction is surgery to rebuild a breast’s shape after mastectomy. Reconstructive surgeons strive to create a new breast and nipple that resemble the woman’s natural breast as closely as possible in shape, size and position.
Dr. Orseck performed an aesthetic surgery fellowship at New York University at the Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital. He performs reconstructive surgery of the breast, face, hand and body.
